Our Business process improvement (BPI) Workshop program is a methodology aimed at identifying the operations or employee skills that could be improved to encourage smoother procedures, more efficient workflow and overall business growth. All our workshops and customizable and flexible to suit any organization’s needs.
We can provide a variety of workshops to assist participants in leading change or teams in adapting to change, using a proven change management methodology that works across all types of changes. All our workshops can be modified to suit your organization’s needs.
Executive Overview is a one-day session used to inaugurate the introduction of Lean Six Sigma to the Leadership Team and to provide a top-level understanding. Attendees should include the President, CEO, all direct reports and any other significant individuals who will be considered owners of the Lean Six Sigma strategic and operational process. This training will also benefit those who would just like to receive an overall look at the Lean Six Sigma process.
Lean Six Sigma Champions are employees who hold roles as Strategic Business Leaders, Managers of Resources and Agents of Change. These leaders and managers will provide infrastructural support, inspire an internal shared vision and take on the role of mentor for all Lean Six Sigma trained employees.
The White Belt program is a 1-day, instructor-led, program that provides participants with a basic introduction to Lean Thinking and Variance Reduction. It benefits both the individual and the organization through the adoption of a Lean mind-set, awareness of Lean principle and the concept of Variance Reduction in process improvement.
The Yellow Belt course is a 4-day hands on workshop that provides participants a working knowledge of statistical tools for monitoring and improving processes, reducing variation, and gaining process knowledge in an efficient manner. Strong emphasis is placed on the use of statistical tools.
The Green Belt program provides participants with a comprehensive application of Lean and Six Sigma. It outlines and demonstrates the essential Lean Six Sigma tools and practices that can be applied in a business or service environment to decrease costs, increase efficiency and quality of service, improve customer and employee satisfaction and create an ongoing culture of continuing improvement. We offer both Lean Six Sigma and Six Sigma course options.
The Black Belt program aims to provide participants with a practical application of advanced Lean and Six Sigma tools and techniques, as well as the appropriate process improvement, leadership and project management skills to drive the changes that are necessary for a successful Lean transformation. We offer both Lean Six Sigma and Six Sigma course options.
Master Black Belt Certification
The Lean Six SIgma Master Black Belt program will take you through a new stage of your Lean journey – the process of moving to the master level of Lean Six Sigma where you are expected to take a more holistic and strategic approach to your deliberations. At the end of this stage of your journey, you will be expected to transform your organization and to lead it on its Lean journey.
